Terms of Service | Sora 2 AI – AI Video Generator

Read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using https://www.sora2ai.info/ (the "Site") and the AI-powered video generation services, apps, and features we provide (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms").

1) Introduction

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Sora 2 AI ("Sora 2 AI", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your use of the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 20.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms and "you" includes that entity.

3) Account Registration and Security

You may need an account to use some features.

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts for any violation of these Terms or risk to the Service.

4) License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.
You may not:

  • copy, modify, host, or resell any part of the Service;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or model parameters;
  • bypass or interfere with security, rate limits, or access controls;
  • use automated means (scrapers, bots) except as explicitly permitted;
  • use the Service to violate law or third-party rights.

5) Your Content and Generated Content

5.1 Definitions

  • User Content: prompts, text, images, audio, video, or other materials you upload or provide.
  • Outputs: content generated by the Service in response to your inputs (for example, videos with audio).

5.2 Ownership

  • You retain ownership of your User Content and Outputs, to the extent permitted by law.
  • You are solely responsible for your User Content and Outputs, including obtaining all necessary rights and consents.

5.3 License to Sora 2 AI (service operation)

You grant Sora 2 AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, and display your User Content and Outputs only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service (including quality, safety, and abuse detection). We do not sell your content.

5.4 Publicity/Training

We do not use your private User Content or personal Outputs for model training or public marketing without your explicit consent.

5.5 Storage

Inputs and Outputs may be temporarily stored for processing and delivery. We may offer user-controlled deletion where technically feasible.

6) Acceptable Use & Content Rules

You agree not to upload, generate, or share content that:

  • is illegal or promotes illegal activity;
  • infringes intellectual property or privacy/publicity rights;
  • is pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually exploitative, or involves minors;
  • is harassing, hateful, or incites violence or discrimination;
  • constitutes malicious deepfakes, impersonation, or deceptive/defamatory material;
  • includes malware, spam, phishing, or security exploits;
  • exposes confidential or personal data without consent;
  • attempts to re-identify individuals or generate biometric templates;
  • violates export controls or other applicable regulations.

We may remove content, throttle, or suspend accounts to protect users and the Service.

7) AI Wrapper Disclosure

Sora 2 AI provides an independent user interface, billing workflow, and support layer on top of OpenAI's Sora model.
The Sora model, name, and related intellectual property remain solely owned by OpenAI.
We do not claim to be the developer or owner of the underlying model, and we do not offer access to any proprietary model weights.
Our role is limited to facilitating access, metering credits, and presenting outputs to end users while complying with OpenAI's usage policies.

8) AI-Specific Disclaimers

  • Outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your intended use. You must review and verify before relying on them.
  • We do not guarantee uniqueness or non-infringement of Outputs. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with law and third-party rights.
  • Do not use the Service for medical, legal, financial, or other high-risk purposes without professional validation.

9) Intellectual Property (Service)

The Service, including software, interfaces, models, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Sora 2 AI or its licensors and is protected by law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

10) Feedback

If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback ("Feedback"), you grant Sora 2 AI a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Feedback for any purpose without compensation.

11) Plans, Fees, Credits, and Billing

11.1 Fees and Billing

Some features require payment. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account. Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors; their terms may apply. Taxes and currency conversion fees are your responsibility.

11.2 Credits

We may offer a credits system. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may expire per posted policy. Promotional credits may be revoked if we detect abuse.

11.3 Refunds

Unless we state otherwise in writing, all fees are non-refundable. We may provide goodwill credits at our discretion.

12) Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. Sora 2 AI is not responsible for those services; their terms and policies govern your use of them. Accessing them is at your own risk.

13) Copyright Complaints

If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact support@sora2ai.info with:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work.
  2. A description of the infringing material and its location.
  3. Your contact information and a statement under penalty of perjury that the complaint is accurate.

14) Privacy

Refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described there.

15) Service Changes; Beta Features; Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Beta features may be experimental, may change, or may be removed without notice. Availability may vary by region.

16) Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sora 2 AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

17) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sora 2 AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to Sora 2 AI for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.

Certain jurisdictions do not allow exclusions or limitations; some of the above may not apply to you.

18) Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Sora 2 AI and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content or Outputs; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

19) Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account termination at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations, risk to users or the Service, non-payment, or where required by law. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you end, and you must cease use. Sections that by nature should survive (for example, ownership, payments due, disclaimers, limitations, indemnities) will survive.

20) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date and, if changes are material, provide additional notice (for example, in-product message or email). Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

21) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

Unless prohibited by mandatory law:

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sora 2 AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
  • You and Sora 2 AI consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of competent courts in that jurisdiction.
  • If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK, you may benefit from mandatory consumer protections and dispute mechanisms available in your country of residence.

22) Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sora 2 AI regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements.
  • Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  • No Waiver. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
  • Headings. Headings are for convenience only.
